Kapitol Group | Tier 1 Builder Content Case Study

Client Overview

Kapitol Group is a tier 1 commercial builder delivering large commercial, industrial and highly technical projects across Australia. With a growing national presence and a wide range of stakeholders, their marketing covers major project milestones, corporate campaigns, and people, culture and recruitment.

The Challenge

Kapitol needed a steady supply of high-quality construction content across multiple projects, platforms and audiences. They needed a partner who could work along side their in-house marketing team, understood live construction sites, and could move quickly for both planned campaigns and time sensitive milestones.

Our Approach

We worked as an extension of Kapitol's marketing team, capturing:

Technical project updates and interviews
Crane erections and construction milestones
Hyperscale data centre projects
Graduate programs and recruitment content
VisiBuild, Kapitol's in-house construction technology
Milestone events and major campaigns, including the Western Bulldogs partnership

As their in-house team grew, we took on social media management to keep their LinkedIn and Instagram consistent. We also helped carry content through Kapitol's brand refresh, working directly with marketing, project teams and stakeholders across different sites.

The Results

Kapitol kept a consistent, high-quality presence through a period of major growth, and was recognised as Australia's largest builder. Our content covered everything from complex commercial construction projects to people and culture initiatives.

We became a trusted part of their team, bringing construction knowledge, flexibility and production capacity to turn projects, milestones and company initiatives into professional marketing assets.
